Honest, heartwarming, and very very inspiring!!!

The book is highly accessable. You will be touched by the honest and actually amazing journey of a surgeon dealing with his own mortality. After Kevin gets the worst of all possible diagnosis he enters the operating room to save the life of another by removing a cancerous kidney. The book is very inspiring and it is the kind of book you will share with friends and family.

The thing I loved most about this book was the honest account of the author's illness. He offered such a unique perspective as a doctor turned patient. And through all of that honesty, there was such a pure hope. It was incredibly inspiring. Definitely recommend!

A heart breaking and heart mending story

This compelling and painfully honest story is part medical mystery (where is Dr. House when you need him?) part medical text book (don't worry, it's like an intro course) and 100% love story. My heart broke as the story of Dr. Anderson's terrible disgnosis was slowly revealed and yet my appreciation of life, God, and family was renewed and strengthened as the narrative unfolded into a beautiful love story. You will emerge from this book with a new outlook on life and the meaning of eternity.

God Does Answer Prayer - But in His Time

In my life it has seemed at first like God wasn't answering my prayers but as soon as my heart changed my prayers were answered. Kellie Lane brings up a good point. If we "regard iniquity" in our hearts God will not hear our prayers. So it is best to always ask for forgiveness of sins before you start asking God for things you need or want.

I found this book calming and healing. Each chapter ends with a meaningful prayer.

This book will especially be helpful to people who feel like things are getting worse the more they pray. If we remember that what we are going through is for our spiritual good then it is easier to deal with life's problems.

This book spoke to me

This book is a true blessing to me. Thank you for this book. Thank you for allowing God to use you. Thank you for being his instrument. This book spoke to my soul. There were portions where I felt we were having a conversation. I could see myself, the things I have felt and thought in this book. I will be rereading it frequently. Terrific!!! Can't stop once you start reading!

Terrific!!!!!
Once I started reading I absolutely could not put it down. The content really caused me to reflect on some things in my personal life. Lane inspired me to become a better person. She also confirmed God's promises to me as his child. I highly recommend this book to anyone who could stand a bit of encouragement, anyone who may feel as if their efforts in prayer have gone unnoticed and/ or to those who desire a deeper relationship with their Creator. Great job! I can't wait until the next work is complete.

About the Author
Douglas G. Adler, MD, FACG, AGAF, FASGE received his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College in New York, NY. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA. Dr. Adler completed both a general GI fellowship and a therapeutic endoscopy/ERCP fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He then returned to the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center for a fellowship in endoscopic ultrasound. Dr. Adler is currently an Associate Professor of Medicine and Director of Therapeutic Endoscopy at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City. Working primarily at the University of Utah School of Medicine’s Huntsman Cancer Institute, Dr. Adler’s clinical, educational, and research efforts focus on the diagnosis and management of patients with gastrointestinal cancers and complex gastrointestinal disease, with an emphasis on therapeutic endoscopy. He is the author of more than 200 scientific publications, articles, and book chapters and is editor of the previously published books, Curbside Consultation in GI Cancers for the Gastroenterologist: 49 Clinical Questions and Self-Expanding Stents in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.

Solid overview of gastroenterology

Excellent overview of GI disease. Mostly geared for med students, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, etc. Covers a lot of ground in a detailed way but has a light tone that let's you move through the chapters fast and retain the key concepts.

Little GI Book

At first I thought it was too simple, then I realized as a new NP in GI that is exactly what I needed! It is a very nice review of anatomy and major illnesses encountered in GI, very easy to read and has some illustrations. Not for advanced providers.

Loved having more of this couple's story!

I was so surprised to find out that Tara was adding a little more to the Something More series. I was not expecting that and it made me so happy! I had missed Andrés and Christina.

I loved Say Please. Andrés and Christina have entered that phase in a marriage where it’s not all about the couple anymore. There is now a child. Like so many of us women do, Christina is all wrapped up in little James. I think every woman does that when they have a baby, I know I did with each of mine, but it is even more understandable when you remember who Christina was raised by. She wants to make sure that her child never doubts how much he loves her.

As much as our men love our children, they still need us, their woman. They need that attention that we once lavished on them. Andrés is no different. He misses that relationship that he and Christina had, where they were wrapped up in each other and couldn’t get their hands off one another. He set up a little time away for them, which was incredibly hard for Christina. James stayed with her (birth) mom and she went with Andrés.

These two have not lost their chemistry in any way. Hot! That is why they are one of my favorite couples. They took time to explore each other, remembered how they drove each other crazy with need, and they had some incredibly steamy time together.

I love Andrés and Christina together. I am so glad Tara gave us one last glimpse into this couple’s world and I am so glad she made it true to life. You don’t get that in many romance novels, we see the happily ever after, but not that period where things start to go a little stale, those moments when the woman say, not tonight, I’m friggin tired. We definitely don’t get to see them rekindle that spark that is between them. LOVED!

What can I say

This is a great ending to a great series by Tara West.
The Passion,Romance and Undying Love that Andres and Christina have is remarkable and unforgettable.
This is a fast read and I read it in one sitting and I hated to see it come to an end.

Tara's style of writing brings you into her story and makes you feel the love and passion that are flowing freely on the pages.

As with all the Something More Novels,this Novella left me wanting more of Andres and Christina and their love story.

Great Job Tara West.

I recommend this series,it has everything a romance and passion novel should have.

Quick Read

Tara West treated her readers to an additional novella in her Something More series. In Say Please, we get a small taste of Andres and Christina's lives after getting married in Say Forever. It is a cute little read. It took me under an hour to read it. Anyone who has been married and had kids can relate to what Andres and Christina go through.

If you enjoyed the Something More series, you'll definitely want to pick up this novella to see how Andres and Christina are doing.
